As per the notice issued by the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi, effective 20 December 2025, all applicants must visit the Chinese Visa Application Service Center, New Delhi website to create or sign in to their account. After signing in, go to “My Account” to complete the visa application form and upload all required documents online. For detailed information on the application steps, please refer to Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 on the website. It is important to read these instructions carefully.
Please note: Before submitting the physical passport and other required documents at the Visa Center, please ensure that your application status is “online review completed” and you have received a confirmation email.
To ensure the smooth upgrade of the system, the Visa Application Centre plans to carry out system maintenance from December 17th to December 19th. During the upgrade period, all forms filled out on the existing website will no longer be usable. Therefore, applicants who have already completed forms on the existing website are requested to submit their documents to the Visa Application Centre before December 17th.
From 17 December to 19 December, the Centre will remain closed for new application submissions due to the system shutdown. Only passport collection services will be available. All applicants are requested to plan their submissions and travel arrangements accordingly.
