Effective 28th April 2025:
Form Filling: The Embassy has mandated that application forms must be completed only at the application centers, with mandatory form-filling charges applicable.
Passport Collection (In Person): Third-party collection of passports (by representatives or travel agents) for Ukraine visa applications is no longer permitted. Only the applicant may personally collect their passport from the VFS centre if they have opted for counter delivery or in case of a hold. Applicants must present the receipt issued by the Ukraine Visa Application Centre along with a valid Government-issued identification document.
