Effective 13 September 2024, all applicants for Temporary Visitor Visas (9a visa) at the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi will be required to apply for electronic visas (e-VISA). Specifically, this policy will apply to applicants for the following Temporary Visitor Visa subtypes:
Business, Tourism or Leisure, Medical Treatment, Private Yachtsmen / Sailors, Film Making, Journalists / Crew, Athletic and Performing Arts / Crew
The e-Visa is NON-EXTENDIBLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE.
The e-VISA is currently only available at the Embassy in New Delhi and for applicants from the following jurisdictions: Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana, Jammu And Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. For applicants outside these jurisdictions, please apply at the Philippine Honorary Consulates General in Kolkata, Chennai or Mumbai.
